Fully Evaporating Exhaust Hose
No drip pans. No middle-of-the-night drainage. No hassle. Run your unit continuously with minimal maintenance as moisture is collected and automatically evaporated to the outdoors. In climates with acute humidity, an internal tank collects the excess moisture.

Wherever. Whenever.
Looks that Rock--and Designed to Roll
Sleek curves and smooth-gliding casters. You choose your room and the Quilo Portable Air Conditioner will make itself at home. During colder months, stash your unit in a closet and glide out when the heat rises. Please Note: While the Quilo is nimble to glide, it's a hefty machine and you may need assistance transporting it up or down stairs.
The Awkward Window Conqueror
All-Inclusive Window Installation
We've all experienced the terrible bedroom. The room with no central air and a maladjusted window. Leave the chainsaw in the toolbox. The Quilo Portable Air Conditioner is equipped with a flexible exhaust hose and a versatile window kit. Able to expand to 49.6", it can be used horizontally or vertically to adapt to many window configurations. [Please note: you may need to trim the window kit to size to fit certain window widths.]

Cooling a la carte
The Energy-Efficient Choice
Does one room in your house consistently trap heat? Is that den unbearably stuffy no matter the airiness of the rest of the house? If turning on central AC seems recklessly wasteful, fear not—hook up portable cooling right where you need it.
Reverse Engineering
Dehumidifier for Irritating Dampness
Dank air? Allergies? Excessive humidity could be the problem. Choose the Dehumidifier Setting to lock off the air conditioning and start extracting moisture. The unit includes a drain tube which can be connected for continuous drainage, avoiding the hassle of emptying buckets.

Using the 10K BTU unit in my basement. Works great to dehumidify and helps get the stuffiness out. I tend to only run it for an hour or two per day, but great results so far.

Which Model Do I Need?
*In October 2017, the Department of Energy implemented a new test procedure which take various factors into account and generate a lower BTU rating of portable air conditioners to indicate capacity. However, the actual capacity has not changed - the difference is simply due to the different test procedure. There have been no internal changes to these units, and the functionality remains the same. Please refer to room size guidelines to find the portable air conditioner that best meets your needs. Please also refer to the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers www.aham.org.

Unit and packaging arrived damaged as the product was shipped in it’s original packaging – which made shipping the item back a challenge due to the damage that was on the box itself. They offered to send a replacement, but after seeing how they shipped it the first time, I opted for a refund instead.

Thanks, Johannah, for sharing your honest experience. Unfortunately, we don’t always have control over that final shipping mile, and damage does occasionally occur. We’re pleased we could offer you a choice of solutions and that one worked for you. All the best.

Good blog! I really love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I’m wondering how I might be notified whenever a new post has been made. I’ve subscribed to your feed which must do the trick! Have a great day!

I have a small crafting shed behind my house that gets so hot in the summer that I can’t use it. I didn’t want to purchase a unit that would need installation and none of my windows will fit a window unit. Got my Quilo Portable Air Conditioner a few weeks ago and after using it for a week, I’m comfortably crafting all day. Love it!

Awesome, Amanda! Happy crafting 🙂
