1-Year Limited Warranty

Your unit is protected by a manufacturer’s limited warranty for one year from the original date of purchase. If your unit develops a defect in workmanship with one year of purchase, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund, provided the appliance was used under normal operating conditions as intended by the manufacturer. Please refer to your user manual for full details of the Quilo limited warranty. International Orders: Quilo will replace or refund defective units under the 1-year limited warranty. In the case of replacement, Quilo will not pay the cost of shipping; in the case of refund, Quilo will not refund the cost of shipping.
