We offer standard free shipping for orders over €50 to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Free Shipping is automatically applied at Checkout for orders over €50. Orders under €50 ship will have a shipment fee added of €4,95. We do not ship to countries that are NOT in the above list. We typically ship products approximately within 2-4 business days from when you place your order. Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. Delivery schedules may be affected by external factors such as weather or transportation disruptions.

How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx and DHL, and various freight carriers. We’ll find the most appropriate carrier to ensure the most secure and efficient method of delivery of your order.

Shipping Delays
If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email indicating the new ship date of your order. If you haven’t received your order after the standard lead time and did not get a notification, please contact us at support.eu@jmatek.com for assistance.
